Services
The finishing requirements as well as the complexity of the machines and machine parts used in this sector are a major challenge for the supplier. Metvico supplies machine parts and spare parts to OEM manufacturers active in this sector. These parts meet the highest quality requirements and, if required, are supplied with the necessary certificates and attestations.
For the automotive industry, Metvico developed various protections that are used during assembly.
These parts with complex geometries are often tailored to the contours of the part to be protected. Using a 3D scanner, these contours can be defined. The protections are then printed with a 3D printer or 5-axis milled. Deliveries to the automotive industry are usually made according to the “just-in-time” principle and in line with a production schedule.

Thanks to the wide availability of its machinery, Metvico can manufacture a broad range of products for this sector: from stainless steel carts to protective covers in plexiglass. Drive shafts in stainless steel based on a defective shaft? Thanks to reverse engineering, a new part can be produced quickly. Our own transport service ensures that crucial parts are quickly delivered to the right place.
Machining (turning/milling) of high alloy steel grades and nickel alloys is performed on high-speed and multitasking machines. For the chemical industry, Metvico supplies machine parts, welded parts, washers, accessories for labs and research centers, among others.
Metvico can rely on some partners to offer sheet metal work (laser cutting, metal bending…) to the customer as well.
Metvico supports R&D departments and assists machine builders with their projects. The machinery is geared to the production of prototypes and small runs.
The customer can count on very short lead times in which both turning and milling as well as welding can be carried out. This ensures that the customer gets a fully finished product.
About us
We are a one-stop-shop subcontracting company. This means, for example, that we can assist our customers in the development of a new product, as well as suggest an appropriate post-treatment for an already existing component. We have modern CNC machines that can produce simple workpieces as well as more complex machining operations. Our machinery is accessible every day of the week and 24/7, thanks to smart automations.
Of course, for the (re)production of urgent parts and single units, our customers can rely on a team of motivated professionals. In case of downtime or breakdown, our engineering department can produce a new parts drawing based on a model or sketch that can be used to produce a new part. This way, we can guarantee manufacturing companies maximum operational reliability.
